nSTRIDE injections use your own blood proteins to reduce inflammation, protect cartilage, and ease osteoarthritis pain. This single, non-invasive treatment is Health Canada and FDA-approved for lasting joint relief.
Are you experiencing…
✔ persistent knee pain, especially during movement?
✔ stiffness in your knee, particularly in the morning or after inactivity?
✔ swelling or inflammation in the joint?
✔ difficulty walking, climbing stairs, or standing for long periods?
✔ a grinding sensation or “bone-on-bone” discomfort?
✔ limited relief from pain medications or other treatments?

nSTRIDE injection is an autologous protein solution (APS) containing anti-inflammatory cytokines and anabolic growth factors to treat join pain and osteoarthritis by reducing inflammation and slowing down or halting the deterioration of cartilage. nSTRIDE has been approved by Health Canada and the FDA for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis to alleviate pain and help keep patients active.
nSTRIDE treatment involves a single injection of a protein liquid derived from the patient’s own blood. The patient’s blood sample is drawn prior to the injection and processed to extract the autologous protein solution. APS has proven to be a safe and effective treatment in reducing pain and protecting cartilage by reducing further deterioration. The patient’s pain is reduced, mobility is increased and joint function improves, often within a few weeks of the injection.
Compared to traditional osteoarthritis treatment methods, nSTRIDE has many benefits. These include:
nSTRIDE injections target the root cause of knee osteoarthritis by restoring balance between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the joint. In an osteoarthritic knee, excessive inflammation leads to pain and cartilage degeneration. The nSTRIDE injection delivers concentrated anti-inflammatory proteins and growth factors to reduce pain, slow cartilage breakdown, and improve joint function. All in a single treatment.

Following treatment you may experience some knee pain and stiffness, which typically subsides after about 2 days. Although the procedure is not invasive, it is recommended that you minimize physical activities for the next 14 days to increase the efficacy of the APS injection. Osteoarthritis pain can begin to decrease as early as one to two weeks following the nSTRIDE injection. After several weeks, pain and discomfort are alleviated, and the attained results last for up to 24 -36 months. It is important to keep in mind that while the nSTRIDE procedure can achieve substantial relief, it is not a cure for osteoarthritis.

From hormone optimization to cartilage regeneration, we create personalized treatment plans based on thorough testing and monitoring.
We treat our patients for their unique needs and symptoms, rather than simply viewing lab results. We go beyond the numbers to alleviate our patient’s symptoms and get them back to living the lives they want to live.
