At Ontario Regenerative Medicine, we offer MIC-B12 (Methionin, Inositol, Choline, and Vitamin B12) injections to patients looking to strengthen their immune system, boost energy levels, and improve cognitive function.
Methionine: An amino acid that helps the liver process and eliminate fat, lowers cholesterol and supports metabolism.
Inositol: While often referred to as vitamin B8, inositol is a sugar compound rather than a vitamin. It assists with metabolism and helps regulate insulin. It also supports serotonin function, which can influence mood and appetite.
Choline: A nutrient that transports fat and cholesterol from the liver to cells, where they can be used as energy, and support muscle and nerve function.
Vitamin B12: A vitamin essential for nerve function, DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation.
MIC-B12 injections offer a wide range of benefits including:
MIC-B12 injections are generally very well-tolerated. Rare side effects may include mild irritation or swelling at the injection site which dissipates quickly. In some cases, mild digestive issues, dry mouth, or an increased heart rate may occur. Side effects can be managed by staggering injections.
Our MIC-B12 injections are minimally invasive and administered during a short office visit. The treatment typically involves an intramuscular injection in the upper arm or gluteal muscle and does not require any downtime.
Most patients require weekly injections initially for the first 4-8 weeks, followed by maintenance doses. The frequency with which you receive injections will be based on your individual goals and determined by you ORM provider.

From hormone optimization to cartilage regeneration, we create personalized treatment plans based on thorough testing and monitoring.
We treat our patients for their unique needs and symptoms, rather than simply viewing lab results. We go beyond the numbers to alleviate our patient’s symptoms and get them back to living the lives they want to live.
